For the competitive speed skater with intermediate skills and getting faster, the Dimon Design Torino boot offers more support, comfort, and control. The Torino shares the same narrow heel for control - along with the heat moldability and generous forefoot for comfort - as the Lake Placid.

We've added even nicer padding and liner along with a Lace Cover and Velcro Strap for added support and control. The Velcro Strap wraps around the foot for more even pressure on the instep than a buckle system and they don't break like buckles, offering more comfort and more security.

The Maple Chrome blades have the same stiff tube and geometry as the elite level Maple Gold. The stainless steel blade holds a good edge and resists rusting. This combination offers great performance for skaters who are pivoting in the corners and still getting faster. The slightly thicker blade negotiates ruts easier.

This package includes our proprietary rocker, sharpen, race polish and matching bend to let you skate to your potential. And the 6.5 inch mounting blocks on these boots make them ideal for inlining in the summer.
