FROM THE NORTH Map to Dimon Sports Speedskates, Lake Placid

From Montreal
- Route 87 South at the U.S. border
- Route 9 N going south at exit 34
- Route 86 West at the town of Jay to Lake Placid ( you will go through the town of Wilmington, past Whiteface Mountain Ski Area, through the "notch", a beautiful ride between cliffs on the edge of the Ausable River, right into Lake Placid ).
- Turn left ( downhill ) at the corner of Route 86 and Route 73. This is also the first stop light in town.
- Dimon Sports is on the right ( downhill side ) on the corner. Parking is along the street on the right downhill side.

From Parts West of Montreal
- Get to Saranac Lake and take Route 86 East to Lake Placid.
- Go through Main Street though the downtown area, past the Olympic Center and the Olympic Oval in front of the High School on Route 86 ( Main Street ). There are two stop lights on Main Street. Go through the first on (right after the Oval )
- Turn right ( downhill ) at the second light on the corner of Routes 86 and 73. Dimon Sports is in the building on the right hand corner on the downhill side of the building. Parking is on the right ( downhill ) side.

FROM THE SOUTH
- Take Route 87 North
- Take Exit 30 and follow Route 73 West to Lake Placid. You will follow a winding mountain past Chapel Pond ( a great rock climbing area ),through Keene Valley and finally Keene.
- Route 73 arcs left in town to a 10 KM uphill climb Through Cascade Pass and Cascade Lakes on your left. You will pass Mt Van Hovenburg Olympic Cross Country Ski, Biathlon, Bobsled, Luge, and Skeleton complex and finally come into town at the Ski Jump Facility. Continue on until you come to the first light in town at the corner of Routes 73 and 86.
- Main Street is your left hand turn. At the light, look to your left. Dimon Sports is located in the building on the corner on the uphill side.
- You will have to turn around, come back and park on the now downhill side below Dimon Sports. Or park up on Main Street and walk on down.We are only 2 blocks from the Olympic Oval!

FROM THE EAST
- Get to Route 87 and take exit 30.
- Follow Route 73 West to Lake Placid.

FROM THE WEST
- Route 81 North to Watertown.
- Route 3 East at exit 48.
- Route 3A East through Fort Drum to Route 3 East again.
- Route 3 East to Saranac Lake.
- Route 86 East to Lake Placid.
