Blade Radius
Cut exclusively on our Pro Rad radius machine (same
as most of the World teams). Our fourteen-step process includes sharpening,
polishing with Zandstra 3M® Triangle, and de-burring with the
BURR-BE-GONE. We have had our radius machine reconditioned by
designer and manufacturer Marty Hill of Pro-Rad Systems. We have also
replaced most of our radius templates with the newest, laser cut models
to offer you even more accurate blade tuning. We also have the
capability for rounder and flatter rockers.
